1. RightFit Guarantee
If you are worried about measuring correctly, Blinds Online has the answer.
Should you made a mistake in measuring your blinds, Blinds Online will replace or fix the blind at NO COST.
The conditions of the RightFit Guarantee are:
– We will replace the same blind type and colour of the original order.
– Sorry but the collection and delivery fee will be for the customer’s account.
– Blinds Online must be notified within 15 days of delivery.
– Limited to 2 blinds per household / business.
– Changes to measurements are limited to 50mm. The guarantee does not apply to measurement errors greater than this. Should the size of the new blind have a width or height difference of more than 50mm from the original order, this may require extensive repairs or a new blind to be manufactured. This will be for the clients account.
– No cash refunds.
2. Product Guarantee
When you buy any product from Blinds Online, you can feel confident because your purchase is backed by our 1 Year Guarantee.
We will replace any product with a factory defect, within 1 year of purchase.
Blinds Online will guarantee that there will be no factory fault with the product you receive, but in the unlikely event that a factory fault occurs with your product:
1) If possible we will request a photo showing the fault. If there is factory fault we will dispatch a new blind to you at no cost.
2) If the blind is close enough to the factory that produced it, we will send out a technician to examine the blind. They may repair the blind on site or alternatively return it to the factory and deliver back to you within 3 working days.
3) If the blind is not close to the factory that produced it we will supply a new blind. We will require the blind to be sent back to us. If the fault is from the factory we will refund the full courier cost.
