The colour you select for your blind may vary slightly to the actual blind you receive, due to slight colour differences and textures that might not display correctly on your computer screen. Wood and bamboo are natural products and shades may vary slightly to the samples you may have ordered.
In the unlikely event Blinds Online is out of stock of a fabric/colour blind that you ordered, Blinds Online will contact you directly within 24 hours to choose a suitable alternative or and you may cancel your order and will obtain a full refund.(this will apply to your entire order if a part of the order cannot be fulfilled).
All orders are custom made to your exact measurement and therefore Blinds Online will not offer refunds on orders manufactured.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of your order being placed. Unfortunately, after this time period, the manufacturing process on your blind will have started.
Should you made a mistake in measuring your blinds, Blinds Online will replace the blind at NO COST though our RightFit Guarantee. This guarantee is limited to 2 blinds on your first order.
All of our blinds carry a one year factory guarantee for factory defects. Refer to our guarantee for further detail. any factory fault claim must be made within 1 month of receiving the goods from BLINDS ONLINE.
The following does not constitute a factory fault:
– normal wear and tear
– if the product has been altered or repaired in any way whatsoever
The delivery time on your blind will be about 2 – 3 weeks.
For orders under R1000 a delivery charge of R114 will be levied.
